Mohammed Ibrahim (Senior Partner)

Mohammed is the Senior Partner of the firm. He sits in the driving seat of a team that boast over a thousand years combined experience in the practice of real estate agency, valuation and facility management. He brings to the role, deep strategic thinking and focussed leadership. He is tenacious and unyielding in his quest for professionalism. Mohammed brings to his present role, two decades of experience, cutting across various areas of practice. Mohammed's profile is enriched with an assemblage of past and present top notch projects from conception to delivery.

Prior to being appointed the firms' Senior Partner, Mohammed was saddled with the task of growing the firm's public sector and project development unit, a role that afforded him the opportunity to lead a team of experts across JTC rich human capital. Worthy of mention is a vast collection of records of developments delivered to an array of properties in retail, healthcare, educational, hospitality, manufacturing and the public sector. He has also managed facilities and estates owned by high net- worth individuals, trustees and associations. Amongst the retinue of facilities developed/managed include OPIC Plaza, Ikeja, Maritime Complex, Apapa, Lagos, Adebola Mall and Adebola House both in Ikeja Lagos, Desiree gallery, Sparco House, Prestige House, to mention, but a few.

A product of Yaba College of Technology, where he obtained a Higher National Diploma in Estate Management. Mohammed kicked off an illustrious career with DiyaFatimilehin and Co. a firm of Chartered Surveyor and Valuers. He served at the Management Unit of the firm, overseeing the management of properties in select neighbourhood of Lagos metropolis. He thereafter left to join the marketing arm of Lagos Island Local Government as the Head of Survey Unit. In this role, Mohammed has the opportunity to sharpen his marketing and revenue generation skills.

A worthy Professional of Nigerian descent, Mohammed is a member of the Nigeria Institution of Estate Surveyor and Valuers (NIESV) as well as the Nigerian Institute of Management. He is also a Registered Estate Surveyor and Valuation Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON).
